By accessing and using LabFluent ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
LabFluent is a laboratory information management system (LIMS) that provides equipment scheduling, management, analytics, and collaboration tools for research laboratories and academic institutions.
We offer both free and paid service tiers, each with different features and limitations as described on our pricing page.
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that happen under your account.
We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information. Your data is stored on secure servers and encrypted in transit.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
You may export your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account termination, all data connected with your account will be deleted immediately.

For paid service tiers, payment is due in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LabFluent and its licensors.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible and work to minimize service disruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LabFluent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to LabFluent in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. For users in the European Union, applicable EU laws and regulations shall also apply where they provide greater protection.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service interface.
Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
